What is organic Social Media Marketing?
Organic social media marketing is posting on your social media channels for free, without any budget spent on advertising or promotion to increase reach and conversions. Instead the focus is to build an engaged audience and relationships with your community, as well as generating brand awareness. This will translate into more leads, conversions and greater customer retention.
Do you do paid Social Media Marketing?
Not currently. Instead, invest your budget into a Social Media Manager who can grow your channels organically (wink wink).
How long until I see results
You will notice improvements in your social media channel analytics within 2-3 months which is why I suggest we work together for a minimum 3 month period for Social Media Marketing. This allows time to build a strategy, review the results of the first month and action insights for the following month.
How often do you keep me up to date?
In the onboarding stage, I will set up an initial meeting so that I can learn everything about your business, it’s services/products and your objectives! After that, you will receive mini weekly updates via email so you’re in the loop on progress and results. At the end of each month you will be emailed a detailed report outlining analytics and performance, as well as the strategy for the following month.
Can you create content for my YouTube channel?
No. However, I can help you create a strategy for YouTube and manage your channel, and you can supply me with your already edited videos.

Website SEO & Creation
What is SEO and how will it help my business?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It improves a website's technical, content and link elements so that it can be easily found by search engines. Improving your website SEO is not just about the technical aspects, but also creating a better user experience. SEO targets unpaid site traffic (organic), rather than paid traffic.
Do you do SEM (search engine marketing)?
No. SEM requires paid promotion and advertising to increase your visibility in search engine results.
How long until I see results?
You will see improvements within the first 1-2 weeks, with noticeable changes after 1-2 months.
Why is there a minimum 3 month client period for website SEO?
This allows for the initial website SEO setup, plus 3 months to review your analytics and website traffic, and make adjustments if needed. After 3 months, you can bid me farewell, or I can review your site traffic each month. SEO is always evolving, so it’s good to check in monthly to make sure your website stays on track.
Is SEO worth it for a smaller business?
Yes, definitely! It’s the best way to improve your website visibility without needing to have a budget for search engine marketing.
What access will you need to my website?
When you are onboarded, I’ll need your website logins, access to your Google account and brand guidelines (if you have them). I may also ask for additional photos and/or videos for your site.
How long will it take you to build by website?
Website creation timeframes will depend on the size of your site and services/products, how much copywriting is required and how many pages are needed for a great user experience. Please email me for a website creation quote and time estimates.
What domain provider and website host do you use when making a website?
The domain provider is up to you but I can do some research into pricing for you. The website will be either Wix or Squarespace. This will be discussed with you initially, so that you can choose.
Why do you only use Wix or Squarespace?
There are many amazing website hosts available, however in my experience, Wix and Squarespace allow for site customization and are the most user-friendly FOR YOU. This means that once your website is setup, I can show you how to make simple updates yourself. So many website creators charge ongoing maintenance fees for simple changes, but I’d rather empower you to manage it easily yourself. Of course for major website troubleshooting, I’m only an email away.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit will be required at the time of onboarding for website SEO and website creation. The remainder will be invoiced when website SEO setup / website creation is complete. Ongoing monthly website SEO reviews will be invoiced to you monthly.
